- Description: HEAD START - Provides early education and support for children (ages three to five) and their families whose family income falls within the federal poverty guidelines. Designed to foster healthy development and promote kindergarten readiness by enhancing social and cognitive development.
EARLY HEAD START - Offers continuous and comprehensive child development services to children from birth to 3 years old, which include home visits and group socialization work to strengthen the relationships between infants, toddlers and their parents.
